We heartily endorse creation of the Wisconsin Ledge AVA. The Niagara Escarpment, essentially defining this vast region in northeast and east central Wisconsin, ofers ideal grape and wine producing conditions. These industries provide much-needed jobs in today's challenging economy in sustainable agricultural along this corridor. The Wisconsin Ledge wines and other grape products these businesses produce will elevate tourism and recognition regionally, nationally and internationally. We thank you for this opportunity. Sincerely, Sherrill Kay Anderson, Program Assistant, Lakeshore Natural Resource Partnership James Kettler, Executive Director, Lakeshore Natural Resource Partnership
