We support the proposed changes. We also ask that you consider an appropriate designation within this subclass to accommodate flavored varieties of cachaça where artificial and/or natural flavorings are added to the cachaça base and the resultant product contains a lower percentage of alcohol of 35%. We represent to the US market such a line of products that are already legally sold in Brazil as flavored cachaças. We have recently received approval from TTB for both our flavor formulations and labels and I attach copies of the approved labels for the 50 mL size. Thank you. Sincerely, Russell Bennett INOX N.
