uscbp - this program should never be instituted. it is as subject to forged documents as every other program that teh us govt runs. look at the forged social security cards. look at the forged id cards sold on the street in los angeles, and other cities. our govt does nothing to enforce the laws for americans. this program will become as corrupt as every other program run by the us govt. it is time to make our programs run. deport illegal immigrants - that is a good start. they are lawbreakers from the word go.
