Gentlemen, this is one of the scariest proposals I have heard of yet. When Americans have to get permission to leave the United States of America, surely the end of this great Nation is near. Only communist countries try to prevent their citizens from leaving.....Some nameless, faceless person in a windowless room will be telling me when and how I can leave my country?? What if permission is withheld? What will be next, a wall?? Then, permission to leave my state, or my city?? I imagine this will not apply to cars and boats; just airplanes... because you can. Please don't be part of further destroying our most basic of rights as Americans. Please put the effort into stopping illegal immigration. Regards, from your not so humble employer, John Foose
