public comment on federal register of 11/14/07 vol 72 #219 19 cfr part 122 docket 2007j-00654 attention michael kaneris and glen vereb there should be notice no later than four days before the pilot/owner moves that plane into or out of the united states. 60 minutes is a ludicrously small amount of time. full information also should be submitted. please send me a paper copy of exactly what information this private pilot/owner has to submitt to move his plane into or out of the u.s. we have far too easy entry into this country. we need to tighten up in all sites. we have far too many terrorists already here and who move around far too easily. this is a ludicrous proposal that makes every citizen of this country vulnerable. this needs extension of time for public comment too. b. sachau 15 elm st florham park nj 07932
