I find it hard to believe that we're still debating this point. Unrestricted travel in and out of the US, even by those persons who are HIV+, should be a 'given'. As a person who is HIV+, there are very few countries that I currently cannot visit, and even China - CHINA! - is loosening their requirements in the coming months. Can we please just move into the 21st century, and move the US back to the First World country status by allowing those persons who have a manageable, chronic disease to travel freely in and out of our borders? Thank you for your consideration. --Pete Parmenter
