Gentlemen: In my experience I feel the problems that Norwegian Cruise Lines
have are self inflicted. I will no longer book my clients on their Hawaiian ships. The
complaints we have received from clients run the gamut from bad service, poor
food quality, lack of cleanliness etc. etc. etc. If they literally "cleaned up their act"
they might not be having the problems they are. If this change takes place it will
create major problems for all of the West Coast business to Mexico and Alaska.
The ports of San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Seattle will all suffer
because NCL is doing a lousy job in Hawaii. It is rule change that is unnecessary
and will benefit only NCL in Hawaii. I would predict that would only be a temporary
benefit because they don't do a good job and they will ultimately fail. Thank you.
