Although it’s a great cause that the Clean Diamond Trade Act requires that any rough diamond importation and exportation must have Kimberley Process certificate, the act has launched for almost nine year, people still don’t have a clear idea where their diamonds come from. Serious action needs to be taken so that we are not financing the blood diamond business.
