Please explain the transition process. Will aliens who received paper I-94s be able to log in and get replacements? Will there be a D-Day when all aliens entering by commercial air or boat ar processed electronically, or will it be implemented on a rolling basis? How will corrections be made when there are mistakes on the electronic records? How will the Visa waiver visitors be handled?
