Commercial Diving Operations

C-PORT, the national association which represents commercial assistance towers appreciates the opportunity to comment on the Coast Guard dive regulations on docket # 1998-3786. The industry wants to echo the concern for making regulations that become too burdensome and costly for the smaller segments of the diving industry and the impacts to other related industries. The C- PORT membership is and will remain dedicated to safety management and safe practices with respect to responsible regulation. Respetfully, Terry Hill Chairman C-PORT
