I second Anne Fuller's letter. I cannot say it better. This dumping should no longer be allowed in Lake Michigan which is all but dead already. Michigan is surrounded by one fifth of the world's fresh water. When it turns to salt and is totally polluted, we are all dead. Priscilla McDougal
