NPBOA letter in regards to this are very true and WILL be detrimental to our businesses if they are not changed in a manner that more accurately reflects our vessels and operating conditions. The two boats that were involved in the accidents are poor examples at best, the tour boat does not apply to this change and the pontoon boat was operator error more than anything else.
