Port Access Route Study of Potential Vessel Routing Measures To Reduce Vessel Strikes of North Atlantic Right Whales

This regulation has been working effectively to reduce right whale strikes the past five years, I sincerely think this should be kept in place. What's the hurry? These vessels wll make it to their destinaton and whales will live, keep the 10 knot speed limit for designated areas in place. Thank you.
