We have 1 vessel that comes for six months as a passenger vessel & 1 vessel every six weeks or longer with foreign workers who are not allowed off the dock side of the pier because they do not have a TWIC card at all, we also have 1 entrance that has it's own FSP & a main entrance which crosses the apron & safety concerns, are we considered a group A facility, if so the other gate should also be using TWIC readers for entry?
