I am submitting comments regarding the 25 questions in the NPRM for the TWIC Final Rule. I am also providing a snapshot history and conclusion in my comment letter Suggest that the USCG/TSA Parent Command visit Los Angeles to see how the TWIC Technology works in conjunction with the TWIC. There exists a lot of confusion by the maritime community on the GAO Report regarding theTWIC Pilot Prototype Testing, when the results of the Prototype Experience don't have anything to do with the success of our current system operating today. There were however some huge takeaways from when building the prototype that helped us create a technology to support the TWIC program that exceeds all expectations. Thank You, Curt
