allowing any foreign owned oil tankers into this country is a real risk because these oil profiteers are negligent to the maximum. they just soiled alaska again and exxon still havent paid for thirty years ago in prince william sound. and in alaska it takes l00 years for pollution to diminish. it is clear we all runa terrible risk from the negligent profiteers. i want insurance liability to be submitted up front showing that these oil tankers are covered for spills of fifty million dollars. every oil cmpany donig any kind of business in any part of the us should have to submit before doing business an insurance jpolicy showing their coverage for fifty million dollars. i am sick and tired of the taxpayers paying for these horrible negligent acts when the oil company profiteers execs are retiring with $240 million retirement packages as was in the newspaper just recently. why are we allowing these awful horrible people to get away with poisoning us and this world.
