I am the developer of a piece of equipment that turns any standard fire hydrant into a shower for the use of decontamination (or cooling) for a lot of people - very quickly. The item, Hy-D, can be pre-attached to the hydrants and then put into use immediatly if needed. It would be perfect way to provide a ring of potential showers around the stadium while the Pope is there. Please see attached photo of it in use.
