Tuscany Research Institute

Tuscany Research Institute is a nonprofit foundation dedicated to the restoration of wetlands for biological, recreational, and aesthetic purposes. As such, we strive to minimize the general, administrative, and overhead expenses of the Institute so that resources made available are used to the greatest extent possible in the furtherance of the mission. Inasmuch as the implementation of the proposed rule will substantially lower the costs incurred by the Institute for the operation of the subject bridge without significantly impacting navigation, the Institute fully and enthusiastically supports and urges the adoption of the rule set forth in the proposed rulemaking.
