CCRC Farms, LLC is a frequent/daily user of the bridge that is the subject of the proposed rulemaking as well as the Connection Slough it spans. The proposed rule change will not have a significant impact on the operations of CCRC Farms and, in light of the substantial savings in operational costs to be enjoyed by the Tuscany Research Institute and CCRC Farms, CCRC Farms fully supports the adoption of the proposed rule for drawbridge operations.
