Great decision regarding scheduled lifts on the Elizabeth River, Berkley Bridge near Norfolk, VA. Vehicular traffic tie ups during rush hour cost local businesses time and money because employees can't through during the morning commute. Please consider doing the same at the Gilmerton Bridge, along Military Highway in South Hampton Roads (Chesapeake). If all that was changed was that there were no bridge lifts from 7:00am until 8:00am it would save thousands of dollars in lost time for my business and others in the area.
