On USCG 2009-0754 I am pleased with the decision to keep the draw bridge from being open during peak travel hours. I know that this might be an inconvienence to the water traffic that moves beyond on the Elizabeth River but I feel that a larger problem, the iimpediment of over the road traffic, is much reduced with this new rule. Our infrastucture in the Hampton Roads is under much stress with no structural changes coming in the near future. This reduces that stress and is much needed.
