These bridges need tenders 24 hours a day, Oakland has a very high crime and this will cause allot of damage and problem to these bridges, I live in Alameda just one block away from the fruitvale bridge for the last 36 years and have seen allot of trouble here, without some one there at the bridges it would cause some severe damages, we need these bridges protected at all time, the cost of three tenders on duty is cheap compared to what it will cost without them. I have retired from Alameda County PWA and work in M/O
