"SUMMARY: The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone on the navigable waters of Lake Havasu in the Copper Canyon in support of the underwater cleanup of Copper Canyon. This temporary safety zone is necessary to provide for the safety of the participants, crew, spectators, participating vessels, and other vessels and users of the waterway. Persons and vessels are prohibited from entering into, transiting through, or anchoring within this temporary safety zone unless authorized by the Captain of the Port or his designated representative. DATES: This rule is effective from 7 a.m. through 11 a.m. on June 1, 2010." I believe this is a good thing. Although I think copper canyon should have a safety zone after or during each holiday. I think that having a clean up is a great idea
