I'm a surfer and I often surf at the barview jetty. We use the rip adjacent to the jetty to get out to the breaking waves. While I understand the need to keep the public safe during jetty repairs, it seems unnecessary to impose this safety zone 24 hours a day. Is it possible to modify the rule to allow surfing near the jetty during non work hours? Thanks, Garry
