I would like some consideration given for operaters of very small boats, in my case less than 35 passengers, with no cooking facilities, bathrooms or auxiliary generators. In other words quite simple to inspect on a relative basis. The present fee of $300 is burdensome. Particuraly in view of the fact that our running season here on the Great Lakes is very short
