THIS IS A WAGE BUSTING ENDEAVOR TO GIVE JOBS TO CHEAP FOREIGN WORKERS INSTEAD OF AMERICAN WORKERS WHO NEED A LIVING WAGE TO SUPPORT THEIR FAMILIES. I DO NOT FAVOR ANY WAIVERS TO ALLOW FOREIGN WORKERS, WHO REPRESENT A TERRORISTIC THREAT TO THE USA, FROM GETTING JOBS ON AMEICAN BOATS. FISHING VESSELS SHOULD HIRE AMERICANS. WE HAVE A 10-16% UNEMPLOYMENT RATE. AMERICANS NEED JOBS. DONT GIVE THE JOBS TO FOREIGNERS. ISSUE ZERO WAIVERS. THIS IS TRAITOROUS TO AMERICAN WORKERS. THERE IS MORE FOR EACH MAN IF YOU SAIL SHORTHANDED. THIS IS WAGE BUSTING EXTRAORDINARE. UNDERSANDING ENGLISH IS ALSO A SAFETY MEASURE FOR SAILING ON AMERICAN VESSELS. THE SKULLDUGGERY GOING ON IN THE COMMERCIAL FISHING INDUSTRY IS DISGUSTING WITHOUT HAVING ILLPAID FOREIGN POSSIBLE TERRORISTS ON BOARD. THESE GUYS SHOOT EVERY WHALE AND DOLPHIN THEY SEE BECAUSE THEY EAT FISH AND THE GREEDY FISHING VESSELS WANT ALL THE FISH. USCG SEEMS TO BE SEEKING THE LOWEST COMMON DENOMINATOR HERE, OR GIVING AWAY JOBS TO FOREIGNERS. THERE SHOUDL BE NO AUTOMATIC WAIVERS AFTER 30 DAYS. NO AUTOMATIC WAIVERS SHOULD EVER BE GIVEN. THE CAPTAIN WHO WANTS A WAIVER SHOUDL HAVE TO SUBMIT HIS CRIMINAL HISTORY TOO MANDATORILY. THERE IS NO SHORTAGE OF AMERICANS FOR THESE JOBS. THERE IS A SHORTAGE OF EFFORT BY THE CAPTAINS WHO WANT TO PAY LOW PAY. THEIR WALKING DOWN TO THE DOCK DOES NOT CONSTITUTE LOOKING FOR CREW. THEY NEED TO SHOW DOCUMENTATION THAT SHOWS A SUSTAINED EFFORT TO FIND WORIKERS. THIS IS NOTHING BUT A RACKET THESE DAYS ALL OVER BY PROFITEERS WHO LOOK FOR CHEAP LABOR. THE USCG SHOULD IN NO WAY REMOVE THE 2001 POLICY THAT AN ALIEN AUTHORIZED FOR EMPLOYEMNT NEEDS TO SHOW AN H2B. THERE SHOULD BE NO CHANGES IN STRICTER REQUIREMENTS. LETS USE AMERICAN WORKERS. LETS GIVE AMERICAN WORKERS THE BOOST THEY SHOULD HAVE. OR IS THIS GOVT WORKING AGAINST THEM AT EVERY TURN, LIKE THIS ONE.
