The headquarters for Voyageurs National Park will soon be relocated to the Rainy River just a short distance from the bridge in question. The park supports this rule and states that it is necessary to man the bridge in order for the park to move certain boats through the channel efficiently. The park supports the terms of the current rule and appreciates the effort of the USCG to rectify the current situation by this rule.
