Millennium Bulk Terminals is a bulk cargo facility located in Longview Washington situated on the site previously occupied by a Reynolds Aluminum Smelter. We are handling shipments of import alumina that support the ALCOA facility in Wenatchee and have plans to expand our operations. We are aware of the application for a stern buoy anchorage upriver of the City of Prescott, OR. and would like to record our enthusiastic support for that project. The buoy will provide additional flexibility for existing users, including Millennium, as well as future commercial growth in this area of the river.
