I have reviewed Capt Broadleys submission and find it to be just what we need for the traditional tug/barge routes. He has done quite a good deal of research and has come up with a plan that is right in line with coastal navigation for the tugs and barges north and southbound. I would recommend these routes and have followed them in my 32 years of running tugs/barges up and down the northeast corridor. Capt Wayne Huebschman
