I think some thought should go into just how the commercial vessels from Kwalo Basin will cross the channel to get to their waiting area and the pleasure craft from Keehi Lagoon to their side Diamond Head of the same channel. Pilots will be busy sailing ships from the port and should not have to worry about crossing people who are sometimes lacking in common sense. Likewise on the repopulation of the port.
