Docket ID - USGC-2012-008Regulated Navigaton Area: Southern Oahu Tsunami Vessel Evacuation; Honolulu, HI 1.Part 165.1413, page 28172, part(2), paragraph (a) - Are the Latitude/Longitude positions in the proposal document in North American Datum 83? 2.When the 4 positions are plotted, the northeast position falls on the edge of a reef area at Diamond Head on NOAA chart 19357. (See attached chart graphic-chart19357.pdf.) If the area is defined on the north side as following the 50 fathom depth curve, should the northeast position (157°48’20.0W, 21°15’10.0N) be further south, closer to the 50 fathom depth curve? 3.More positions should be added to better follow the 50 fathom depth curve along the north edge of the defined area.
