Port Authority and USCG were given FSP's (including CG6025) in 2004 and again during the second 5 year certification process. Mpeg/Jpeg/Streams for CCTV and TWIC Data have been given up freely by private sector entities to the USCG and Port Authorities Tying USCG Command and Control Centers into Private Sector Networks is a costly venture and unnecessary a decade past 911. TWIC BeastBox Biometric Access Control System can easily pass authenticated cardholder data back to government entities as needed. See: http://ireport.cnn.com/docs/DOC-895794
