Sea Tow Foundation

The Sea Tow Foundation is committed to promoting safe boating practices that reduce the number of accidents, fatalities and property damage to recreational boaters. With Sea Tow Services International as our founding, parent company, we provide safety messaging to hundreds of thousands of boaters nationwide. We support the efforts of the U.S. Coast Guard to collect data to help make recreational boating safer and believe that the Recreational Boating Survey is a good tool to do this. We have a few suggestions on the wording of questions within the Trip Survey and Participant Survey and we also have a few suggested additional questions which will help provide a more detailed picture of the recreational boating use in the U.S. Please see the attached document for our comments.
