i agree with rules of adoption with you for few reasons. in the article, its say under the provision, an adopted child is the adopted parent's child for immigration purposes, it states that the adoptive the child before the child is reached the age of provided and legal custody of adoptive parents for two years". i agree with this rule because its give childs experience about child's adoptive parents. The child be able to know nature of the adoptive parents. whether they like him or him. its also gives choice to child wheather he or she want to stay or accept them ( the adoptive parents) as his or her real parent. it is also good for parents to judge qualification of childern, like did they recieve what they were expecting from the child or not. after staying with the child for 2 years will help parents to know more about childs interest, goals and etc.. if they dont get know child before they adopt, and didnt like the childs after they adopt then it is going to create more problems for both of them. so, i think this is a great rule for chid and parents.
