I had the following questions after I reviewed the document: 1. Can TN Professional Workers seek for immigration (applying for greed card) just like what H-1B Workers can do? It is not clarified in the document. 2. Will there be equal education opportunity for TN and TD nonimmigrants? Currently the U.S. colleges are treating TN and TD nonimmigrants as oversea students and charging much higher education fees. Equal education is so important as many people including TN and TD nonimmigrants need continual-educations and many cannot afford such high education fees. Education benefits both the U.S. employers and TN professionals. Regards.
