Yes I am happy to see this regulation go into effect, many involved in international marriages have demonstrated failure in human relations and to perpetuate like relations is just worng. Every person entering into relationship with an American should be made aware of the laws in this country pertaining to domestic abuse. I believe many from other countries would not be able to recognize what we consider abuse because in many countries it is not considered abuse but rather dominance of the male partner and is mostly accepted in other countries. Please help the inocent know the laws and rights of this great nation. Thank You, Dennis Klamp
