ban all from any temporary protected status. there is no need to allow anyone in the usa under that status. theres should be no work authorizations for any illegal immigratn waiting for an adjustment of status while in the usa. at no time should any be given. it is a criminal racket that employers/relatives "sponsor" support and then vanish into thin air, leaving american taxpayers holding the bag for an immigant that was supposed to be on the payroll of the sponsor. this dept needs to go after these dirt bag sponsors and collect every single penny plus legal fees plus collection fees from these dirt bag vanishing sponsors. their homes and financial assets hsould be seized in full to cover full expenses of their failed promises. they shoul dbe put in jail for 5 years and then deported, along with the immigrant they fraudulently brought here. these deadbeats need to have punishment. they are getting away with putting american taxpayers under a tremendous burden. there should never be an applicant who wants to live in the usa who is allowed to be exempt from ansering questions asked of him and responding in english. he should be asked in english and must respond in english. i see no reason to let sneaks who dont want to fit into america get by with foreign languages and not learn english so american taxpayers have to provide translators for these deadbeats. and 8cfr 312.l provides specifics on what should go on with this questioning that this agency is not adhering to. since when did an agency like this get to change the regulation sin the code of federal regulations. look at 8 cfr. 312.l again please. this agency is failing the citizens of this country and adding to the usa deficit. these foreigner are costing american taxpayers huge sums of money.
