I wish there is an option for those who are already here living in the US for about 4 years and more to apply for an EB-5 with lower capital requirement. There are a lot of out-of-status individuals here in the US that have a huge entrepreneurial spirit and skills to successufully create and build business and create jobs but is not given an opportunity because there is no available immigration option available for them. EB-5 focuses on application from outside the US. Out-of-status individuals living in the US knows the US local market and the necessary goods and services that people needs. They have also adapted to the living conditions here. We know that it is impossible for someone who are lives here in US to save $500,000 which is the minimum capital requirement for EB-5 but we also know that not all business need that huge amount of capital to start especially in this age of technlogical advancement where anybody can start to operate a business in the comfort of their home or garage and after a year or two will transfer to a huge office in the financial district of downtown LA and hire dozens of employees. Please provide out-of-status individuals here in US gain legal status thru EB-5 so they can utilize their entrepreneurials skills and passion and in doing so help create jobs to support US economy and people.
