We already paid several thousand dollars in fees, and will have to pay a couple more. How about refund fees for the applications that that had been lost, processed beyond time frame, denied. May be you should simplify the application process so that people with masters degree will be able to understand and follow the directions. You gave the citizenship to the recent New York car bomber, but dragging other people throw hell with the application process. It is obvious that you cannot do your job efficiently, why we have to pay you more to make more mess out of things. Bottom line. Simplify the application posses, you will have less overhead costs, easy to posses, everybody will be happy.
