My family is separated, and I am not going to be eligible for this proposed waiver because he was deported a year ago. What kind of provision is that? Now he has to wait 10 years for his visa and my children and I have to relocate in 3rd world country – our health, education, finance, carrier and house - all goes to drain. It doesn’t sound fair.
