The address history on page 3 is confusing. WIth the wording of Address 1, address 2, etc it is hard to determine if that means 1st address in USA or starting with most recent and working backwards. I suggest the style in the most recent N400 dated 12/2012 that clearly states start with the most recent and work backwards. the set up of the boxes to fill in is also easier to follow along rather than the 2 column style of the I 821D
