The current Parole Guidlines governing searches and seizures contained at section 240-20. were based on the Judicial Conference's Model Search and Seizure Guidlines. In September 2010 the Judicial Conference distributed new Search and Seizure Guidelines which I have attached below. Will the Commision be updating their Parole Guidlines to reflect changes made in the Judicial Conference's Guidelines?
