①　The protcol of TPP sould go public as soon as possible. More than 11,000,000 signs of objection against TPP have gathered in Japan. (The population of Japan is about 130,000,000 and have never seen such number of objection sign.) One of the reason of this objection is Japanese gov.is going to participate TPP without making know protcol to Japanse nation,I think. Japanese nation is forced to participate TPP without knowing the protcol,and it make anxiety of Japanese. I live in one of the disaster prefecture of the Great Earthquake of East Japan. In this hardship,it seems meeting the 「a thief at a fire」that Japan is forced to participate TPP without knowing the protcol. 「A thief at a fire」is seemed the most shameless conduct in japan. And I think the eyes of Japanese is very cold against the goods,service and company of such the shameless country. ②　About the 「Intellectual Property」field of TPP TPP is the treaty for 「deregulation」,I think. I can not understand why the enforcement of regulation is planning about 「Intellectual Property」field. New creation can not be born under the enforcement of regulation,such as the extention of the copyright term,punish the private download,accsess control and start the investigation whithout accusation of right holder. Its only the protection of one of the old holder and its not「deregulation」 adjusted the philosophy of TPP. (Meanwhile, Switzerland have decided the legality of private download widely.) And the enforcement of regulation about the 「Intellectual Property」 field such above,will link the net regulation,and this will be link the destruction of freedom of speech and expression. And in Japan, many people have severe eyes and wariness against regulation will be link the destruction of freedom of speech and expression since the social problem about the ordinance of 「Civilize Youngsters」born at Tokyo City.
