We import NYDJ (Not Your Daughters Jeans) Jeans from USA which are subject to a duty of 4%. Any duty advantage given to South Africa should be reciprocal. if there is zero duty on South African garments exported to USA, there should be zero duty on USA garments exported to South Africa. Furthermore, it would be better to have a common market type agreement, than a bilateral or multilateral agreement. Under a common market agreement the same rule applies to all parties. Thank you.
