In times of disasters, it is only humane to provide care free of cost to anyone who needs it. I'm sick and tired of the US government rushing to give free aid quickly to foreign countrys but ignore disaster in our own country! Katrina was a very good example of the US government giving only lip service but no action to the Katrina victims and could have cared less how many died while the government always acts within 24-48 hours then it's a foreign disaster. Homeland security is nothing but a pipe dream and all US citizens know it. Provision of Hospital Care and Medical Services During Certain Disasters or Emergencies
