The proposed rule is harmless,... Veterans have the right to have their provisions rewritten in a more detailed and plain layout, so that they can read it without any misunderstandings. Too many times are papers misunderstood, and read wrong. there is nothing wrong with being more straight forward with the provisions especially when it comes to burial provisions. Pass the rule and be done with it, let the confusion be dismissed...
