This is a positive proposition and I fully support its intent. However, verification is key. Currently VA's VETBIZ registration process does not confirm a Veteran's actual status. The process is run on the honor system with no verifiable check to confirm if the firm is in deed Veteran owned and or disabled. Unfortunately there are companies out there that fraudulently pose to be veteran owned. My suggestion is to improve the registration process prior to rule execution. Thank You Frank J.
