I just don't understand why you keep fighting those who fought for your freedom.
The proof of the use of these chemicials in other locations, such as in Thailand, is
overwhelming. Just read the CHECO report and the letter from Col. Scott to
Congressman Lane Evans. The letter states:Because Commanders were at liberty
to use the chemicals either by hand sprayer or by sprayers pulled behind trucks
WITH NO ACCOUNTABILITY, NO RECORDS WERE KEPT!!!!!!!!
If the commanders were not required to keep records, how are we to prove direct
contact? I was a security police, heavy weapons, and my job took me to all places
on bace, especially around the permemiters where the chemicals were used the
heaviest.
Please have a concience and display a little back bone and do what is right in
this matter and grant presumption of exposure to all that served in the waters
within the territorial limits, Loas,Cambodia, and Thailand. You know it was there. I
don't think I could rest at night if I knew I was screwing my fellow veterans the way
the VA is on this matter. God Bless Jim
