Comment on AN67-Proposed Rule-Atkinson, Moya Marlene

As an elderly social worker working with elderly and disabled Alexandrians with daily money management problems, I strongly support the proposed rule prohibiting the garnishment of accounts containing Federal benefit payments. They are meager enough for many retirees, who without them would fall beneath the safety net, causing tsunami-type effects on their and their families' lives, the welfare system and the country at large. I speak for myself, based on my experience, not having permission to speak on behalf of the organization for which I work.
