Comment on AN67-Proposed Rule-Oldham, William James

I'm writing in regards to the proposed legislation of garnishments of accounts containing Federal Benefit Payments. I've been in contact with my Elected Congressman and Senator, but I wanted to also reach out to you you as regarding the Federal Register (FR Vol 75, No 74, April 19, 2010) regarding the subject. I fully understand and support the proposed legislation clarification, but I want to ask you to also consider, and suggest the same for benefiaciaries that are going through bankruptcy. Of course I am asking this for myself and the thousands of other Americans that are going through rough times in the current recession. I don't know what you can or can not do, but I am writing to you as a fellow American and ask that you bring this subject up with other Government Officials during the legistlation talks.
